SPECIAL FINANCING OFFER – TERMS & CONDITIONS (ILLINOIS)
Nature of Services GTP HVAC Assist (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a marketing and referral company that connects potential customers with licensed HVAC professionals (“HVAC Provider”). We do not provide lending services, and we are not the HVAC service provider.
Offer Eligibility
The Special Financing Offer (“Offer”) is made available through the participating HVAC Provider.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally reside in the State of Illinois to apply.
Approval for this Offer is subject to the HVAC Provider’s credit verification and approval. Not all applicants will qualify.
Offer Details
Qualifying customers may receive up to 18 months of special payment terms (“Promotional Period”), as determined by the HVAC Provider, during which no interest may be charged if the entire promotional balance is paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period.
If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period, the remaining balance may be subject to standard interest rates, fees, and charges set forth by the HVAC Provider, in accordance with Illinois law.
GTP HVAC Assist does not set or control financing rates, credit limits, or other lending criteria.
Credit Approval & Compliance
All financing terms, credit checks, and approval processes are administered solely by the HVAC Provider. GTP HVAC Assist has no authority over, nor responsibility for, any credit decisions or resulting financing terms.
Financing may be governed by the Illinois Retail Installment Sales Act (815 ILCS 405/), the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/), or other relevant regulations.
You must provide accurate and complete information to the HVAC Provider. Any misrepresentation may result in denial of credit or revocation of financing terms.
Payment Schedule
Approved customers are required to make payments directly to the HVAC Provider (or its designated financing entity) per the financing agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in fees, interest charges, or cancellation of the Promotional Period.
GTP HVAC Assist is not responsible for administering payments, collecting funds, or enforcing payment schedules. All questions regarding payments should be directed to the HVAC Provider.
HVAC Services & Provider Responsibility
The actual HVAC services (such as installation, repairs, equipment, etc.) are provided by the HVAC Provider.
GTP HVAC Assist is not responsible for the quality of the work, warranties, or any service-related disputes between you and the HVAC Provider.
Any issues regarding service performance, timeliness, or workmanship must be addressed directly with the HVAC Provider in accordance with their terms of service and any applicable warranties.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
The HVAC Provider’s standard return, refund, and exchange policies (if applicable) apply to any purchases or services rendered under this Offer.
Any impact on the financing agreement due to returns, refunds, or exchanges must be managed between you and the HVAC Provider.
Additional Fees & Charges
Any additional fees, including late fees or administrative fees, are determined by the HVAC Provider and outlined in your financing agreement.
GTP HVAC Assist does not set or collect these fees, nor are we liable for any disputes arising from them.
Modification & Termination of the Offer
The HVAC Provider may modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, subject to Illinois law.
GTP HVAC Assist may update marketing materials or cease promotion of this Offer if instructed by the HVAC Provider. Any existing financing agreements will remain valid per the terms agreed upon with the HVAC Provider.
No Guarantee of Savings
While the Promotional Period may allow you to avoid interest if the balance is paid in full, GTP HVAC Assist makes no guarantees regarding actual cost savings.
Your eligibility for the Offer and ultimate savings depend on the HVAC Provider’s approval, terms, and your compliance with the payment schedule.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes related to the Offer or services are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action regarding the financing arrangement itself shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Illinois, as dictated by the financing agreement with the HVAC Provider.
Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
