Good questions to ask

If you are not sure how to explain it, use normal homeowner language. That is enough.

"Why is upstairs always hot?"Tell us the house style and when it happens.
"Is my filter too restrictive?"Send the size or rating if you know it.
"Do I repair this or replace it?"Age, symptoms, and repair cost help, but rough details are fine.
"I do not know what system I have."That is common. We can still help you start sorting it out.

Where measurements belong: later, if they are actually needed. They should not be the first thing a homeowner is asked to do.
