Our on-page chat is an automated AI assistant — and it says so. If you type your email or other details into the chat, we collect them along with your chat messages. Chat content is processed by our AI service provider to generate responses and is handled under this Policy.

If You Ask to Be Connected
If you request an in-person home review, we share your submitted information with the contractor we connect you with, for that purpose only. We never share it with contractors otherwise. Down the road, participating contractors may pay us a referral fee — it never costs you anything and never changes the answer we give you.
